Data collected through our apps

It possible that we may access data when you use our apps including the following: geo-location, Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage and other features. Data settings can be changed on your device.

Mobile device data

We may automatically collect device data such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system, version data and IP address.

Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile app. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

Sites Permissions

We, by default, access your Site’s basic account data. As a result, this could include your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL.  We could also access any other data that you choose to make public. We may request access to other permissions related to your accounts, such as friends, check-ins, and likes.  You may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission and we will maintain your privacy accordingly. We may occasionally collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms,and other outside sources. 

How do we use your data in compliance with the Privacy Policy?

We process your data for legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you in compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. As a result, his allows us to enter into a contract with you with your consent and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.  We may then use this data to:

  • facilitate account creation and login process because you may have choosen to link your account with us to a third party account, such as Google or Facebook.  We may use this data to facilitate account creation and login process

Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service. By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service.
